1. Engine

Weichai electronically controlled engine conforms to the China-III non-road machinery emission regulation, featuring high intelligence and efficiency, high parts interchangeability, and low maintenance cost. 

The machine is provided with three power modes, namely no-load, medium-load, and heavy-load modes, at choice depending on the actual working load to realize the reasonable match among power, efficiency, and energy consumption.

2. Structural parts

The high-strength design and the CAE analysis are applied to eliminate partial weaknesses and the high-strength destructive tests are taken to meet the needs of diversified severe working conditions.

The critical parts are welded by robots to ensure high fusion depth and stable weld quality and guarantee the stability of core carrying parts.

The working device is design optimized to realize fast motion, high breakout force, powerful lifting capacity, optimized bucket shape, low insertion resistance, and high fullness rate.

3. Hydraulic system

The double pump confluence technology matches with priority valve hydraulic system and load-sensing coaxial flow amplified steering system to achieve rapid hydraulic response and high operating efficiency of machine working and steering systems.

4. High operating comfort

The cab in full-sealed structure features noise reduction, dust-proof, heat insulation, and broad vision and can be installed with A/C and heating system to achieve comfortable driving/riding.

The pilot and mechanical controls for the working device are offered at choice to meet the needs of different customers and the electronic control accelerator pedal, brake pedal, working device joysticks, and all control buttons are redesigned to achieve high human-machine interaction and mitigate long-time working fatigue.

5. High maintenance convenience

The large side hoods with double folding air springs and uplifting design feature large opening angle, easy opening, and convenient maintenances.

The side-opening rear grille with limiter ensures easy opening.                             

The lubricating points of the machine are directed out and the one-button water drainage is provided for the brake system to ease the routine maintenances.
