SR16MT wheel road roller is a static-acting road roller applicable for compacting infrastructure foundation, roadbed, and gravel, concrete, and asphalt roads and is an essential compacting machine for construction of airports and expressways.

Technical Features

 The mechanical transmission equipped features stable performances and high power transmission efficiency, with three forward gears and two reverse gears. 

 This machine features streamline design and broad visual field.

 The brake system is composed of emergency brake and handbrake. The emergency brake adopts air-assisted hydraulic drum brake, featuring high durability and reliability, to guarantee the safety performance of the whole machine. The handbrake adopts diaphragm spring brake and mutually supplements and restrains with the foot brake, featuring high safety and reliability.

 Two independent control systems are adopted, with two steering wheels and two seats.

 The special inflated tires are adopted to compact the additional layers, without damaging the compacted material. The compacting performance can be improved by adding/removing the counterweights and changing the pressure of inflated tires.

 The oscillating mechanism is adopted for the front wheels so that, when the road roller is working on an uneven road, the uniform ground pressure is guaranteed to uniformly compact any uneven part of the compacted material.

 The imported road roller water sprinkling pump and the independent water tank design are adopted to achieve good sprinkling performance.

 The rear part of the machine body adopts the liftable cover plate structure to ease the user’s checking of the drive chain and sprinkling system at any time.

 The easily openable engine hood eases the repairs and maintenances of the cooling system and engine system.

 The central oil drainage system makes the user’s maintenances easier.
