SRP95M PLUS multifunctional paver is professional equipment used in asphalt concrete surface and base stabilized material paving of highway and other types of road. It is driven by hydraulic force and controlled by microcomputer;screed plate adopts double vibrating and eccentric vibratory compaction technology; material level adopts ultrasonic sensing control technology. This makes the paver have advantage of good paving stability, even material separating and feeding, high prepressing density, smooth surface and easy to operate. Therefore the SRP95M paver is an ideal construction machine for base and surface paving projects and it offers superior paving performance to maximize productivity while providing exceptional reliability.
 

1.To meet the customers’ demands, SRP95M PLUS multi-functional spreader is equipped with two engine options, namely Deutz BF6M1013EC turbocharged diesel engine and Shangchai SC8D190G2B1 engine.

2.Deutz BF6M1013EC turbocharged diesel engine features high reliability and durability, long life, strong power, low fuel consumption, compact structure, and low maintenance cost.

3.Shangchai SC8D190G2B1 engine features high reliability, good operating economy, easy maintenances, and extensive application scope.

4.The traveling system is controlled by independent left and right micro-computers, featuring good low-speed stability and linear driving performance.

5.The wide track shoes and long ground length guarantee the sufficient traction force and traveling speed stability under all kinds of severe working conditions.

6.The drive wheels, guide wheels, track rollers, carrier rollers, and tracks from domestic renowned brands are adopted to guarantee the reliability of the machine.

7.Shantui’s latest generation integrated intelligent spreader control system, the intelligent spreader operation management system researched and developed on the basis of the imported EPEC controller, incorporates the automatic malfunction diagnostic system to monitor the machine.

8.SRP95M series spreader is equipped with mechanically-spliced screed.
