Safety and Reliability
The load moment limiter calculation system is established based on the lifting model. Through the on-line no-load calibration, the rated lifting accuracy is 5%, providing the all-round protection for the lifting operation. When the overload operation is performed, the system automatically provides the alarm to safeguard the operation. Length, angle and pressure sensors are configured to display the real-time operating status of crane, and automatically cut off the dangerous motion and sound the buzzer.
