Product Introduction:

       KSL European single girder cranes feature light weight, compact structure and low energy consumption. The European single girder crane adopts a unique design concept, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight and small wheel pressure. Compared with traditional cranes, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest, and the clearance height is the lowest.

The European single girder crane can work closer to the front and has a higher lifting height, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing workshop. Due to the characteristics of light weight and small wheel pressure of European cranes, the new workshop can be designed with smaller space and more complete functions. Smaller plant means considerable savings on initial construction investment, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance costs.

(Main configurations)
(1)The main beam adopts the off-track box structure, and the end beam is connected with high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation. Specialized processing equipment ensures the precise connection of the main and end beams and makes the crane run smoothly;
(2)Welding reel group is adopted, and the whole is annealed, and the wire rope tension directly acts on the trolley frame, and the force is good;
(3)Wheel set are using 65Mn forged wheels, there are wear-resistant wheels, long service life, high installation accuracy, no rail gnawing in operation;
(4)Reducer is Hard tooth surface reducer, so safer silent design, maintenance-free;

(2)The control system can adjust the acceleration and deceleration curve, more safe and easy to use.
6. The hook has the function of putting swing, accurate positioning and efficiency.
(1)Pulley set adopts rolled pulley with compact size, and the hook drifts small, with small swinging amplitude and good stability performance.

1. This crane series only lists the commonly used cranes with basic specifications, the standard span when the working level is A5, and the cranes for indoor use without auxiliary hooks.
