MG Model Double Bam Heavy Duty Mobile Gantry Crane

MG Model Double Girder Gantry Crane with hook is applied outside warehouse or railway sideways to do common lifting and unloading works.

Double girder gantry crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane traveling organ, trolley, electric equipment, strong lifting winch, the frame adopts box-type welding mechanism, crane traveling mechanisms.

Safety features: Overload protection. Main lifting motor with thermal protection. Hooks with latch. Rubber buffers. Protective earthing. Crane switch and travel end switch. Emergency switch can stop all movement when any dangerous happened. Sub-assemblies characteristic are tested before assembly. All cranes must be pre-assembled and tested before leaving factory and offer the certification of test.

Mobile double girder gantry crane 20 tonis mainly consisting of the skeleton structure, lifting and cross traveling
mechanism, long traveling mechanism, cabin and electrical control system. The trolley can move
horizontally on a pair of rails on the beam.
