Hydraulic elevated work platform lift table
1. Feature and usage:
The hydraulic lifting platform we produce have the advantages as follows,beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, strong and durable, flexible, small size, easy to store and so on, it could be used extensively for construction, post, mining, shopping malls, hotels and multi-directional indoor and outdoor decoration or mine aerial work.
2. Usage:
(1) The hydraulic working platform has been strictly tested and adjusted before being carried out from our factory. The technical indexs could meet all the design requirements. Customers could use it without adjustment.
(2) Before using the platform, check the hydraulic and electrical system carefully to make sure that there is no leakage or exposure.
(3)When using the platform, four feet should be firmly beared on the hard ground, according to the walking wheels off the ground, if necessary, padded planks should be used to maintain the level of four feet.
(4) The platform should work 1-3 times without load before its normal operation, and the gravity should be at the center of the platform as much as possible. In addition, when operating, the protection fence must be firmly locked to ensure the security.
According to the difference of the user’s geographical location and the requirements, we have produced different types working platforms, which have the motor, manual or electromagnetic steering and so on as power. These different products operation as follows.
1.Motor type
Tighten oil return valve knob first to clockwise direction, pull the manual valve handle to upright position, then start the motor. After the pump working normally, push the handle outward to elevate the platform to the height you demanded, push the handle
inward, and turn off the motor, then do your working by this platform. On the other hand, loosen oil return valve to lower platform by its self-weight.
2, Manual type
When using the manual pump, Tighten oil return valve knob to counterclockwise direction first, pull the handle to the left position and press the handle to elevate platform, loosen the oil return valve to lower it.
3, Electromagnetic steering type
Start the motor first, to let the entire hydraulic system be on working. Then the fuel tank would be in unloading state. Press the lifting switch then the electromagnetic divert valve work, when the platform is elevated up to the required working height, shut
down lift switch to do your work, and press down switch to lower it by its deadweight.
3. Attention:
(1) The platform surface should be kept horizontal when use it.
(2) You should use safe rope when the platform up to over 5meters outdoor with heavy wind.
(3) It is forbidden to climb the working platform when it is on working, and it should be fixed strongly on the ground before working.
(4) It is forbidden to move it when it is working on the up and down, and the four bearing legs should be fixed on hard ground strongly before elevate it to work.
(5) It is forbidden to overload, and the materials loaded should be placed on the center of the platform with no movement, normally the load should not exceed 200kg when platform is reach 8meter high, and no exceed 150kg when platform up to 10m-12m (Exclude special design type).
(6) It is forbidden to mix the water or others in the hydraulic oil and the hydraulic oil should be kept clean should be kept clean, normally the oil should be replaced every 6-8 months, and oil is 17# , it is forbidden to use lubricating oil to instead of this kind
(7) When dropped from the top of the platform, you should return the oil slowly, and it should be elevated up slowly too.
(8) It is forbidden to work in five grade wind.
(9) It is forbidden to let the accelerograph be bigger or smaller in sudden, it should be kept in stable when up and down for modified-car type product.
(10) Make sure the power supply is 380V-220V before connecting the power.
(11) The modified-car type is usually assembled with hydraulic distributor, put the handle in an upright position when operation, start the engine, then pull the handle when the machine in the normal running, after the hydraulic platform reaching the required height, push the handle straight up to stop rising, then begin to work.
