MANUFACTURING STEPS&colon;
&num;1 Laminated hook plated are leveled, flame cut, predrilled and then tack welded together&period;
&num;2 Hook Plate holes are countersunk&period;
&num;3 Plate lamination are riveted together using a special air powered riveting machine&period;
&num;4 Hook plated are riveted together&period; Rivets are placed in an electric heater until red hot&period;
&num;5 hot rivets are inserted from bottom side&period;
&num;6 Rivets are punched using the riveting machine
&num;7 properly punched rivet
