Technical Features
     LG6150E is a product developed by SDXG via introducing Euoropean advanced technology and integrating advantages of energy saving,reliability and comfort. It is applied with reinforced working device and optimally-matched powertrain and hydraulic system, applicable for various harsh working conditions.
    1,The hydraulic system is applied with the twin-pump constant power negative flow control and has the "auto-sensing operating mode" and the "single-pump/twin-pump oil supply control mode”, ensuring high working efficiency and excellent control performance of the complete machine.
    2,The reinforced lifting arm, stick and bucket are configured, enabling a higher adaptability of complete machine to the harsh working conditions; and such working aids as breaking hammer and rotary grab are optional.
    3,The bright and spacious cab features wide field of vision and good sealing effect, and is equipped with the eight-way adjustable seat,two-stage filtration HVAC and silicone oil rubber shock absorber with excellent damping effect; all of them contribute to a comfortable riding environment.
   4,The turbocharged and intercooled engine is equipped with the second generation of electric governor system EMR2, ensuring high power, good economic and environmental performance and high reliability; the three-stage filtration intake system including pre-filtration and air filtration increases the performance and service life of the engine.
   5,The electronic control systems such as EECU, VECU and IECU of SDXG’s proprietary technology are applied, allowing the machine to operate with a variety of modes to suit different conditions and enabling energy efficiency of the complete machine. The color LCD monitor has the functions including self-inspection, monitoring, emergency fault alarm, GPS positioning and remote monitoring, ensuring good human-machine interaction and easy operation and maintenance.
   6,The traveling system of the complete machine possesses lower ground pressure, which ensures stronger chassis trafficability; the crawler center frame are of rigid welding, and the track roller, the carrier roller and the front idler are applied with floating oil seals, allowing a longer lubrication interval;the high-pressure, double-speed and large-torque travel motor offers greater tractive force. Both the travel brake and slewing brake are of wet type,providing stable braking and high reliability.
