1. Replacement spare parts
In the warranty period,if the product faults and it is because our design,manufacture quality,etc,we
will provide the replaced parts for free.Then,the replaced parts warranty time will be calculated
from the replaced time.
2. Fault handing
Serious hardware and software system provided by supplier after buyer has no ability to deal with and
repair, buyer could inform supplier,and supplier will notice after 4 hours to respond,if possible,we
could inform the agent in local market to repair for you.
3.Software up grad and malfunction
We are responsible for timely informing buyers of software upgrade and providing free software
upgrade service.If the equipment can not work due to serous software failure,the suppliers guarantees
free program recovery for lift.
4.Spare parts service
Supplier has sufficient spare parts and accessories and can provide technical services and spare parts to buyers in time.
