QC Model Electromagnetic Overhead Crane mainly consists of bridge, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and electromagnetic chuck. When used, the rotary part of the hanger of electromagnetic disk must be locked up with screws and no rotation is allowed. The crane mainly relies on the magnet, using the electromagnetic principles, then through electricity and magnetic plate to suck the goods firmly hanging to the designated place. Cut the electricity, steel and irons will be lay down. It is the most convenient crane to transfer the scattered sheet metal. Widely used to transport, assemble, load and unload billet steel, waste steel and other magnetic materials at workshop, warehouses, and goods yard, etc.
Equipment and structure
Normally there are two beams and two trolleys assembled on the crane, laminated ladle hook is equipped on the main trolley for lifting the ladle, and Aux trolley is for overturning the ladle and other assistant handing. The electrical appliance is installed inside of the main girder with heat insulation device and cooling device, the crane can work efficiently lifting steels or steel craps in the steel warehouse or factory.
Use various frequency speed system with speed ratio as1: 10 for main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley traversing and crane travelling. Also we can choose the suitable speed under the customer requirement.
