Q 1: What do i need to offer when purchasing cranes from you?
Just tell us the lifting height, loading weight, crane span and other details what you have. We can offer you the best solution.

Q 2:What kinds of payment terms can you accept?
We have different methods about payment, such as T/T, Western Union, L/C, Ali Trade Assurance, Paypal. If your local bank has other requirements, We can talk later, it is not a problem during our business.

Q 3: What trade terms can you accept?
We normally trade with our customers in EX-Works, FOB, CFR and CIF. Our loading ports are Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu, Guangzhou.

Q 4: How about the lead time?
Delivery time of standard lifting crane machines is 7days after payment; As to customizied lifting equipments, lead time will be about 15-20 days, which depends on what type of equipments you purchase. If your order are very urgent, we can do you a favor to meet your request.

Q 5: How about the transportation?
We will suggest you the best shipment method according to your goods volumn and weight. We usually ship goods by sea, which is much cheaper than by air and by Express. It also depends on clients’ decisions. We will try our best to help you.
