ZCC3800S crawler crane has compact structure and small footprint. It is suitable for urban construction with limited site. It can meet different shield machine hoisting and bridge hoisting, wide hoisting coverage and high lifting performance. The ZCC3800S crawler crane is equipped with professional shield arm working conditions. It is easy to install and can realize the loading and unloading, turning and downhole of the shield machine. The double hook lifting weight can be displayed in real time. The main and auxiliary hook lifting weight can be automatically distributed to ensure safe operation and single hook. One-button conversion can be implemented with double hooks, and the construction conditions can be converted efficiently and quickly.

Shield working condition: standard main arm 24m+ shield jib 9m, amplitude 12m, main hook rated lifting performance 173t, auxiliary hook lifting performance 150t, satisfying diameter φ6.8m shield body downhole.
Bridge plate working conditions: standard main arm 36m, amplitude 12m, lifting capacity 176t, to meet the 90m3 bridge plate double crane.
