1.Application HY series hydraulic buffers are identified by high capacity, remarkable buffering effect and outstanding absorption efficiency. This series of buffer is able to reduce the inertia impact between two moving objects or between a moving object and stationary object. This series of buffer is designed for the applications in heavy duty machinery such as material handling machinery, metallurgical machinery and railway industry machinery. It will provide excellent damping stop effect for these machines to avoiding inertial impact during travel.

2.Working Principal With the benefit of the specially designed damping holes, which are arranged in a specific layout, HY serial buffers provide a stable damping force during the whole buffering process. This will ensure the impacting object will be retarded smoothly. The majority part of the energy generated during the impacting process will be absorbed. Thus, almost no rebound force will occur on the impacted object. This will avoid heavy shock load on the buffer shaft. 3.Installation Guide

This type of buffer shall be installed horizontally. And it shall be installed in accordance with the instruction symbol on the base plate (the indication hole on base plate shall be in upper position.)
•In case the installation position has to be changed due to the actual working conditions, the damping performance will be greatly reduced.
•The working temperature covers from ‐25°C‐80°C. In case the working temperature is below
•‐25°C to ‐45°C, please specify when placing an order.
•Considering the working conditions, the hydraulic oil used for this buffer shall be abrasion proof and pressure‐proof, at least 20# pressure‐proof oil shall be used.
•The oil volume added inside oil reservoir shall be correct. The suitable volume shall be the oil level just overflowing the piston.
•The misalignment angle shall be less than 1° during installation
•The selection of buffers shall be in accordance with the impact force of the running trolley.
