1,Power system
Engine of GR100 is DCEC 4BTA3.9-C100-II(S011847) .special drive axle enable power match of transmission system more reasonable and reliable.

2,Transmission system
Transmission and torque converter are electronic-control counter-shaft power-shift transmission. Torque converter has big torque ratio, high efficiency and wide high efficiency area. Better combined work characteristics can be achieved when the torque converter is matched with engine. Transmission has 6 forward gears and 3 reverse gears. It has neutral start protection function. Gears will be easily shifted by electrohydraulic control. During gear shift process, there is no impact, speed ratio distribution is reasonable, and various work requirements can be satisfied. 

3,Brake system
Brake system comprises service brake system (namely foot brake) and parking brake system (namely hand brake). Service brake system is a double-loop hydraulic brake system, it is acted on four middle rear wheels of grader with safe and reliable brake. Parking brake system is composed of operator and brake, wherein the brake is installed on the output end of the power control box, and middle and rear wheels can be stopped through operating hand brake handle. 

4,Front axle
Front axle is a steering axle. The axle can swing to left and right. To improve the maneuverability and further reduce turning radius, except front-wheel steering, articulated frame is adopted, which can further reduce turning radius. 

5,Working device
The working device of the grader comprises traction frame, turning ring, scraper knife and corner gauge. Spherical hinge is arranged on the front end of the traction frame, it is articulated with the front end of frame, and therefore, traction frame can be rotated and swung around spherical hinge in any direction. Turning ring is supported on traction frame, it can be rotated around traction frame under the driven of rotary driving device, so as to drive scraper to rotate back. An upper and a lower slide rails at the back of scraper are supported on chutes of two lateral corner gauges, they can laterally slide under the pushing of sideshift cylinder of scraper knife. Corner gauges on two sides adopt integral structures. Their lower portions are articulated with the lower ends of wing plates on two sides, their middle portions are connected with single cylinder to adjust swing angle of corner gauge, so as to drive scraper knife to change soil scraping angle, and the structure can enable soil scraping angle to be changed for 40° in front and 5° at back.
