Shangchai SC8D156G2B1 turbocharged diesel engine is a product of wisdom jointly developed by Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. and Austrian AVL, featuring prominent performances, high reliability, and good fuel economy, and is one mainstream installed engine in China’s construction machinery industry.
SR26YT full-hydraulic wheel road roller is equipped through perfective matching with Rexroth traveling hydraulic system, which is an international renowned hydraulic system, to realize stable startup and traveling and prevent the soil deposit. The high displacement hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors can meet the demands of high traveling speed and climbing efficiency of the machine.
The brake system of the whole machine is composed of service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake. The parking brake system and emergency brake system are of electronic control type to remarkably improve the comfort. The powerful three-level brake system better guarantees the safety of the whole machine.
The independent control system with two steering wheels and two seats and the single gearshift joystick feature flexible operations and high convenience and reliability.
The design of streamline hood works with two-sided operation and wide-angle rearview mirrors to provide the operator with a broad visual field.
The spacious and bright cab adopts the design of large glass gluing process to guarantee the driver’s demands of light and visual field and the standard heating and air conditioning system improves the operation comfort.
The front and rear water sprinkling systems are independently controlled by solenoid valves and imported special suction pumps to ensure high safety and reliability and meet the demands of diversified working conditions.
The rear cover plate can be tilted to ease the checking and maintenances of drive axle and sprinkling system.
Large angle openable hood, central oil drainage system, maintenance-free battery, and real-time monitoring of pressures and temperatures enable SR26YT full-hydraulic wheel road roller to realize excellent maintenance performance, shorten the shutdown time, and improve the utilization rate of whole machine.
