Beam Launcher Process description:

1,Installate the launcher,check the functioning of the institutions, subject to normal after the main girder leveling, and place the girder to end of launcher;

2,Lift the front legs and rear leg , so that the main beam elevated and middle leg lift off ground, and then move the middle leg front. And move the two trolley rear;

3,Loose front leg and rear leg, let middle leg and rear leg support the main girder and leveling main girder again and then move it to fron about 35m;

4,Front trolley lift bridge girder at the end and make flat bed support the other end, which can make the main girder front movement steady;

5,Move the main girder as well as the flat bed front 10m, then make front leg touch new pier and suppout the main girder again. And then finish the work of launch the girder.Erection schematic diagram of side beam

Process instructions

1,Place first girder to second gider position;

2,Move launcher, make center line of outer main girder conicide with that of first girder;

3,Move the trolley to most left side, and then lift the girder off ground.

4,The whole launcher move to position of first girder, then lay down the girder.
