Basic Info.
Product Description
Material:High strength low alloy steel with 350 MPa yield strength is used for welded I-beam and 235 Mpa in use for fabricated parts.
Main Beams:480mm deep x 146mm wide x 6mm welded I-section main beams.
Cross Members: 6mm thick x 70mm wide x 300mm high channel type with trapeziform gussets.
Upper Coupler Assembly:8mm thick pick up plate with 30mm diameter water drain holes; 6mm thick "U" section channel type king pin supporter.
Front Bolster:203mm wide x 10mm thick top plate with 175mm wide x 190mm deep x 6mm thick "U" type bottom channel with two twist locks at L/R end.
Rear Bolster: 250mm height x 78mm wide x 7mm thick Channel steel, with two twist locks at the end. The rear stop, tail and turn lights shall be mounted on the bottom of the bolster and protected from damages by steel gussets.
Bumper:The bumper step is channel section type with160mm high x 70mm wide x 6mm thick with road traffic reflector suit to road regulation.
King Pin:2" welding king pin, supplier & type: JOST KW1010.
Twist Locks:Four (4) fixed and Eight(8)retractableISO type twist locks.
Landing Gear:2 speed road side winding with sand shoe, Lifting capacity 24T, Type:JOST D200T.
Suspension: Mechanical suspension with 8 leaf spring (90mm width x 16mm thickness / leaf)
Axles: 150×150 square axle with 13 tons capacity. Type: Jost
Rims: 7.5-20 disc wheel, 10 Holes ISO, 12 pieces
Tires: 11.00R20 radial tyre, 12 pieces. Supplier: China famous Factory
Spare Tire Carrier: equip 2 per chassis, but without spare tyre.
