The XS143J vibratory roller is a heavy self-propelled vibratory roller. It can effectively compact a variety of soil courses and gravel fill. It is used for modern highways, airports, earthwork fill, ports, dykes, railways, mines, and other engineering projects which require deep compaction and high efficiency.

Efficient, Reliable Vibratory Compaction System

The one-of-a-kind cylindrical structure features great rigidity and strength. The short, cylindrical bearing has a high limit speed and powerful bearing capacity. Left/right vibration chambers are symmetrical, to avoid the drum vibrating more on one side. When the roller rolls, the vibratory bearing is lubricated, with a simple, easy lubrication system that has an extremely low malfunction rate. CNC cutting and shaping, CNC roll bending, a CNC roll bender, and CNC horizontal machining center have been used to ensure the manufacturing precision of the entire machine.
