5-450 Ton Qd Type Double Girder Electric Overhead Crane

Our QD Overhead Cranes are available with a huge range of customer options
in capacities up to 450t.  Double girder overhead cranes give a better height of lift in given
headroom as the hook travels between the beams. With open winch trolley as
its lifting mechanism, they are available in higher capacities than single girder
and for heavy duty applications.
Our designed double girder cranes provide with the smallest dimensions and
biggest approach distance t. It ensures that the maximum work area is available
for the customers.

Mechanical:
-Double main girder, welded box beam
-Material: carbon steel with high quality of Q235B or Q345B
-The main girder is connected by strength bolt.
-Weld joint tested by X ray or ultrasonic examination;
-Forged Crane wheels
-Trolley with Compact structure, small size and light;
-Lifting mechanism is open winch trolley
-Compacted gear motor driving, step less control, harden gear, safety disc brake

Electrical Features

in a galvanized C-track.
