Part 1: Descriptions:
LDP Type low headroom single girder overhead crane is a kind of light duty lifting equipment with very low clearance. The lifting mechanism electric hoist is installed at one side of main girder, so it can increase space of hook and reduce the cost of construction of steel plant. With advantages of smooth traveling, tight structure, high rigidity, safety and reliability and good performance, it is widely used in the situation that clearance height of workshop is very low or the client wants to maximum its lifting height.
Part2: Detailed Configurations:
Mechanical Features
– LDP type crane is mainly composed of main-girder, cross beam, cabin, electrical components & lifting mechanism (electric Hoist, chain hoist)
-The main girder can be in form of rigid box type
-Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release
-Epoxy zinc rich high quality painting, 2×2 with 140μ M
-10.9 class High tension bolts mounting between girder and legs
-Geared Motor Driver system or traditional LD Driver system
-Smoothly moving, effectively braking, long service life
Electrical Features
-Conductor power supply
-All hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.
-The control panels are IP54
-The components are positioned in a maintenance friendly way, and the whole layout provides with good protection
-Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to cable trolleys, running in a galvanized C-track.
Protective Features
– Overload Limiter, Limit Switch (Lifting and Traveling), Interlock protection device, Buffer, Rail clear plate, Protective cover, Bus Bar preventer plate, Anti-collision device, Main isolating switch, Emergency stop system, Motor overload protection
