2. Main features

Bzc300chw drilling rig is equipped with heavy truck HOWO 6×6 special vehicle chassis, and the power station, double winch unit, mud pump, rotary table and drilling tower are installed on the chassis, which is convenient for transportation and good mobility.

1) The drilling rig is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers, which can act simultaneously or independently, which is convenient for rapid leveling of the drilling rig. Moreover, the two rear legs can be extended horizontally, which improves the stability of the whole rig.

2) The rotary table is of lever type, with spiral bevel gear transmission inside, which has stable transmission and large torque transmission.

3) The rig is equipped with a large displacement reciprocating plug pump produced by well-known domestic manufacturers, with large flow rate and high pressure, which can ensure the smooth progress of drilling construction.

4) The main and auxiliary hoists have large lifting force, which can meet the needs of normal drilling, and have the ability to deal with general well accidents.

5) This drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading oil cylinder, which is used to push the ratchet of the rotary table to rotate in reverse direction. The first thread of the drill pipe joint is removed, and then the rotary table is used to reverse the rod unloading.
