New 7m~12m Paving Width Slip Form Concrete Paver with 450mm Paving thickness

Transport vehicle will discharge the cement concrete mixing materials in front of the paver which moves in a certain speed to start work . Auger will distribute the accumulation of concrete evenly before scraping plate, the height of scraping plate is adjusted by hydraulic, the plate will make the concrete reach the required pre-paving thickness, the plug-in vibrator will compact the concrete by certain frequency; tamping rod moves up and down, on the one hand, it will press the particle size of aggregate into the level under the smooth plate, forms mortar layer on the surface ; on the other hand,it has further compacting effect. Along with the movement of the paver, the smooth plate and the side plates are extroding the concrete into shape. The middle and side force rods insert steel bars into concrete.
