45t Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane

Rail mounted container gantry crane(RMG) is a double girder gantry crane special designed for handling container,traveling on rail,equipped with a special container lifting tool.
Capacity:45t,for handling 20’40’or 45′ international standard container,lifting tool can be telescopic type.
Span and lifting height will be customized,working class usually A7,control mode is cabin control,VVVF speed control or PLC control.

Container gantry crane is usually applied to port container yard,railway container yard or open air warehouse for loading and unloading container.
It has features of beautiful appearance, perfect performance, low cost, easy maintenance, durability and so on.

Mechanical feature:

3) Whole length CNC cutting for complete web plate, high deflection accuracy.
4) High quality autometic welding and NDT inspection.
5) Shot-blasting SA2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release.
6) Epoxy zinc rich high quality paiting, 2×2 with 140μ M.
7) 10.9 class High tension bolts mouting between girder and legs, life time safety connection.
8) Double flanged or flat wheels, anti-friction bearings, cellular buffers, derailment protectors.
9) Full-length service platform along the crane bridge is supplied, where it si equippe with protective hand railing and toe strips.
