Features

XCA100 is a new generation hundred-tonnage all terrain crane. The crane is designed to focus on the user’s requirements, based on the mature crane’s technology accumulated by our company for more than ten years, and with the latest technology of all terrain cranes and many
newest scientific and technological achievements integrated.
XCA100 is mounted on a four-axle chassis for all terrain crane. Seven-section U-type boom, an independent jib head, two-section lattice jib and two insets each 7m are available.
Built-in dual-independent winch, external tooth slewing ring and combined counterweight are adopted. An open hydraulic system is designed, a variable displacement pump as main pump and a constant displacement pump are included. A variable displacement motor is used for main winch, and constant displacement motors are used for auxiliary winch and slewing operations. Load- sensitive system is designed to improve working efficiency.
Computer integrated control technology is used to support the detection function under various working conditions, leading to safer operations. The crane has newly designed G1 appearance of All Terrain Crane, such as streamlined coverings and the integrated control panel in the operator’s cab, which look more sturdy and elegant. The crane has a wide working range and powerful lifting capacity, and it is more convenient, safer and more reliable to operate.
