10 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane

Overhead Crane/ Bridge Crane

LH Type double girder bridge cranes are the ideal solution for the area coverage handling of heavy loads from 5t up to 32t.

Like other kind of factory cranes, these cranes are available with installation on the new or existing buildings and the best in functionality, versatility and convenience.

With advantages of compact structure, light dead weight, maximum lifting height, these cranes are widely used in workshop, metallurgical mills, warehouse, assembly shop etc.

Mechanical:

-Compacted gear motor driving, step less control, harden gear, safety disc brake

-Excellent driving properties, step less control, smoothly moving

-Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release

-Epoxy zinc rich high quality painting, 2×2 with 140μm

Electrical Features

-Conductor power supply

-All hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.

-The control panels are IP54

-The components are positioned in a maintenance friendly way, and the whole layout provides with good protection

-Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to cable trolleys, running in a galvanized C-track.
